A red dry wine produced in the collection vineyard of Jighaura, Mtskheta, from up to 39 selected Colchic grape varieties. Fermented and aged in qvevri on the full skins, with a one-month maceration. The result is a wine of deep ruby colour with a distinctive, elegant character.
